Initial evaluation
The purpose of the consultation is to diagnose existing problems so that we can then develop a personalized treatment plan that takes into account the patient’s wishes and needs.

To properly design a treatment plan, we need to assess the patient’s initial situation from several perspectives. This first session involves:
• clinical consultation
• examination of x-ray (at the consultation, it is recommended you have a panoramic X-ray (OPG) taken recently, within the last three months)
• CBCT examination (we request this only if necessary)
• intra/extra oral photographs
• occlusal recordings
• dental impressions for study models.
• intraoral scan

This is basically how we can have a meaningful conversation, get to know each other, and decide on the direction of treatment.

Occlusal analysis
For complex cases, we perform occlusal analysis on study models. At this stage, our dentists examine the case objectively and in detail, and then develop treatment options based on complex/comprehensive diagnoses and concrete measurements.
For the occlusal analysis, we use study models made using a digital impression with an intraoral scanner or a classic impression, photographs, and occlusal records. The analysis leads to the development of a personalized treatment plan that allows us to preview the results from both an aesthetic and functional point of view.

Specifically, following an occlusal analysis, the doctor makes a wax-up, i.e., a model that can determine the final shape of the teeth at the end of the treatment. This shape will then be reproduced in the patient’s oral cavity using provisional materials and can be adjusted according to needs and wishes.

With occlusal analysis, we achieve stable and predictable functional results over time. This way, we can achieve exactly the results we set out to achieve.

Professional Dental Cleaning
We properly and correctly sanitize the oral cavity as this is essential both for reducing bacterial load in the cavity at the start of the treatment and for achieving and sustaining high-quality dental treatment standards.
The professional cleaning stage consists of removing stains, any deposits of tartar above and below the gums, and bacterial plaque.
The maneuvers that take place in this session are:
• Ultrasonic cleaning
• Professional brushing
• Airflow
• Fluoridation
The initial consultation and the sanitation can be done in the same session
